Terms and Conditions for Inspecting Orders Before Cash-on-Delivery Payment

  1. The service for inspecting orders before cash-on-delivery payment is only available for orders selected for cash-on-delivery payment.

  2. If you choose to pay for goods via cash-on-delivery, you or your authorized representative can open and inspect the order and return it immediately by informing the Lacoste Thailand delivery service provider that you will use this service when the delivery service provider arrives at the delivery location. If you are not at the location at that time, Lacoste Thailand and the delivery service provider will consider the person receiving the order at the delivery location as your authorized representative to use the order inspection service before cash-on-delivery payment and to accept or reject the delivery of your order, without needing to verify if that person has the authority to do so.

  3. If you use the order inspection service before cash-on-delivery payment, you agree to abide by the following conditions (Inspection and Return Conditions):

    • You will open and inspect your order in front of the delivery service provider and allow video recording during the unboxing of the order. Information regarding the handling of this video can be found in the Privacy Policy.

    • You will not open or destroy the manufacturer's packaging, including the manufacturer's seal or stickers. If this condition is violated, the order will be considered complete, and you will be required to pay for the order, but you can still return it and request a refund according to the Exchange and Return Policy.

    • You will inspect the product only to confirm correctness or defects. You will not try on or test the product. If this condition is violated, the order will be considered complete, and you must pay for the order.

    • You agree to receive proof of payment for delivery service in electronic form (E-receipt) for cash-on-delivery service.

    • You confirm that your information, such as name, address, and phone number, is correct and can be used to issue an E-receipt for this service. Lacoste Thailand and the delivery service provider are not obligated to verify the accuracy of the information you provide.

  4. Upon completion of the order inspection, you can accept or reject the delivery for any of the following reasons:

    • Not ordered

    • Received product does not match the order

    • Product is defective

  5. If you reject an order after inspection, the order will be considered cancelled and will not be eligible for re-delivery. If you wish to proceed with the purchase, you must place a new order on the website.

  6. Partial acceptance of an order is not possible under this service. If you wish to accept only part of the order, you must choose one of the following:

    • Reject the entire order and, if still interested, place a new order. For example, if you are entitled to order four t-shirts and, after inspection, find one t-shirt is defective or the wrong size, you must reject the delivery of all four t-shirts. If you still wish to purchase t-shirts, you must place a new order on the website, or

    • Accept the entire order and submit a refund request according to the return policy.

  7. When ordering products, you must provide a name that matches the bank account name for convenient refunds. If the names do not match, you must request a refund through Lacoste.co.th's customer service, which may take longer than usual to process.

  8. Once you accept the order and have successfully paid for it, you will no longer be able to use the order inspection service before cash-on-delivery payment. If you wish to return, you must submit a refund request according to the return policy.

  9. The order inspection service before cash-on-delivery payment is an additional service of Lacoste.co.th and is subject to the Terms and Conditions for Inspecting Orders Before Cash-on-Delivery Payment and other policies of Lacoste Thailand. Please read the terms and policies carefully as they contain important information regarding your rights and obligations. Lacoste Thailand reserves the right to change, update, suspend, or cancel this service at any time, with prior notice to you as required by law.
